I am using MT.D for most of my screens, and I am trying to figure out a good way to place an Ad on top of the screen, and keep it there. If I ad it as a section, or any part of the table view, it will move with the table. Also, can the ad be "static" across all pages so that it does not have to load a new Ad every time, or is it ok to load a new Ad with each page when it is viewed?
Has anyone done this with Monotouch.Dialog that can share some input? For the purpose of discussion, it dosent matter if its an Ad, or just a UIView. I just want to structure my app in a way with MT.D where I can keep a UIView at the top or bottom of the screen, separate from the table on the screen.
