Black lines on image

I use 9 patch generator (https://romannurik.github.io/AndroidAssetStudio/nine-patches.html#source.type=image&sourceDensity=320&name=travel) for the image to become adaptive to any device, my problem is, I having this black lines on the 4 side of the image:

is it the generator? or I'm doing it wrong?

what is the generator you use to make your image adaptive?
