Is there anyway to move pin continuously in xamarin google map as the user location gets updated?

I am developing a map app using Xamarin forms . I have the live location details of user from geolocator plugin . But now I am adding a pin to the map as the position gets updated and removing the old pins . However ,It looks like pin is blinking in the map . I don't want that . Can anyone tell me how to move the pin continuously as the position gets updated?
