How to make collapse animation for StackLayout?

I'm using LayoutTo() to make animation for StackLayout, but the height of StackLayout always return -1. Is it possible to use LayoutTo to create an animation, or is there another way to do that or get the actual height of the Stacklayout? Sorry, my bad English.
