god,recommend a Data Sync framework for me (from mongoDB data(php server) to Sqlite client)

Greetings ,big guys! now We have a solution have a Web Server(built with MongoDB database and PHP Web service),the original get-data type is that iOS/Android/MonoMac/Windows client call web service to get web service's data, now we need client can view and make some operation offline and need a powerful and easy-modify Data Synchronization framework,

the client (iOS/Android/MonoMac/Windows) is all sqlite, and use .NET to build xamarin.ios ,xamarin.android ,Monomac client, in Windows used VS 2010(WPF UI), and Web-side use PHP tech. to call MongoDB,and we need Some file sync function also,

Please recommend some open source Data Sync framework for me (from mongoDB data(php server) to Sqlite client)
