Pushing Code to VisualStudio.Com Git Not Working

Hello,

I have an account on visualstudio.com and setup a project with Git. Please note that throughout the post, I've used Git very little, so it will probably show :-) I recently committed some changes to the server via Source Control > Commit, and then selected Source Control > Push Changes. The list is originally empty. If I say push, it says it's connecting to server and synching the two together. However, when I go to the visualstudio.com site, the commits are empty. Nothing was pushed, obviously.

When I attempt a Source Control > Update Solution, I get an error:

System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No such host is known at System.Net.Dns.hostent_to_IPHostEntry (System.String h_name, System.String[] h_aliases, System.String[] h_addrlist) [0x000aa] in /private/tmp/source/bockbuild/profiles/mono-2-10/build-root/mono-2.10.12/_build/mono-2.10.12.git/mcs/class/System/System.Net/Dns.cs:221 at System.Net.Dns.GetHostByName (System.String hostName) [0x0002f] in /private/tmp/source/bockbuild/profiles/mono-2-10/build-root/mono-2.10.12/_build/mono-2.10.12.git/mcs/class/System/System.Net/Dns.cs:379

(Note that this was different as before I was getting an access to /.git/.. some file was denied...)

Any idea what the problem is?
