Localization

Anyone know the most straightforward way to manage localization in Xamarin.iOS? In a nutshell, my company is a Japanese company, writing apps entirely in Japanese for a Japanese audience. Essentially we have no other supported languages or localizations. You could almost say that "localization" to us would actually mean providing support in English because it's not our default market.

We assumed (perhaps rather naively) that if we didn't specify any localization criteria in the app, so it only supports one language, and set the "default language" to Japanese in iTunes Connect, this would be its displayed language in the iTunes Store. However when our apps show up in iTunes, they have the following in the information section (see highlighted line):

Anyone know the easiest way to change this to Japanese - I've been reading about bundle folders in the Apple docs, but I'm not sure how this applies if we want to remove English as a language and add Japanese. Also, Apple's docs all relate to Xcode, whereas we're working in Xamarin Studio.

Obviously given that our apps are in the Book section, language is a pretty fundamental issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
