Creating an package requires the Enterprise version?

Hi,

I've just come to rebuild (and package) an app for a friend and Xam.Android is telling me I need the Enterprise version to do this. When did this change or is it a mistake as even the trial version will let you create a limited package.

I'm on the business licence using Version: 4.10.1 (Business Edition) - on the alpha channel (not sure if this is the latest as I've not seen anything on any of the release channels for Xam.Android or Xam.iOS in a while)

Help!!!!
