Can't drop viewcontoler to the storyboard from Toolbox(in Visual studio for Mac 8.0.6).Why?

I just try to add viewcontoler to the storyboard from toolbox. but can't add.This will occur for all controls, controllers and object in toolbox.
the version of visual studios is 8.0.6(build 4)
