I'm running Win 8.1 with VS2012 on Parallels 9 on OSX Mavericks. If I plug in my Nexus 7, Windows recognizes it and asks if I want to import photos. However, the device will never show up in the drop down where I can select the target emulator. If I connect to the Mac and try in Xamarin Studio, I get a "Refresh" button and after refreshing a couple of times the device is shown and I can deploy to it. Any chance to manually refresh the list in VS or do I still have to configure something?
