Best approach to create something like windows8 desktop layout with Tamarin.Forms?

I need to migrate a uicollectionview layout that is very similar to windows8 desktop to Xamarin.Forms. Can anyone give me some advice regarding the best approach to do it with Xamarin.Forms (Android, for now)?
