cannot create a project because the next button in Project DialogBox covered by the Win task bar

I am using this version of Xamarin 5.9.4. and my HP laptop is on Win 8.1 Professional.
I have encountered the problem described as above.Please look at the photo attached.

How to solve this problem? Thanks
