AppConfig via Blackberry UEM - No configuration possibility

Hey there,

I implemented the possibility to conifgure my app over UEM-systems with the AppConfig.org standard.

For testing I use the Blackberry UEM, for iOS it works like a charm but on android I haven't the possibily to upload a config xml file or entering any key-value pairs.
A Blackberry SDK exists but I don't want to you use it and like I understood the AppConfig standard should work with every UEM.

Have you any suggestions, what I'm doing wrong or is it really neccessary to add the Blackberry SDK to my app?
