I am creating a cross platform app that utilizes AWS Simple Push Notifications. I currently have Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise running on a Dell XPS laptop that is paired with a MacBook Pro that is running Visual Studio for Mac 2019 community edition and Xcode 11.3.1. I have created an Apple Developer account and created an App ID, Developer ID Install/Application Certificates, iOS Development Certificate and created Developer and Distribution Profiles that are tied to the appropriate Certificates. I have registered my iPhone as a device in the Apple Developer portal account. I can compile the app in debug mode on my Dell Laptop and deploy the app to my iPhone and it works flawlessly. However, I cannot do the same from my Mac. No matter whether I try to deploy Manually or Automatically it get the same error message.
ApplicationVerificationFailed: Failed to verify code signature of blah, blah,blah.. Your code signing/provisioning profiles are not correctly configured. Probably you have an entitlement not supported by your current provisioning profile, or your device is not part of the current provisioning profile. Please check the iOS Device Log for details (error: 0xe8008016).
All of the appropriate certificates have been downloaded and installed. The provisioning files in both solutions (Windows and Mac) are identical. I have researched the error until I am blue in the face with no solution. HELP!!
