crossmedia pickphotoasync default directory.

How do I go about changing the default photos directory?
when I run the code on my phone I only see 4 or 5 photos, but not the ones I take with the phones camera app?

I assume it has to do with the file provider bits, but can I specify multiple paths there? or is there a generic folder I can use to cover the various versions, api#'s, or manufacturers?
