Unhandled exception: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005)

After a few sucessfull helloworlds deployed to an android Tablet, VisualStudio2019 started showing this:

Even if i start a simple blank xamarin project with crossplatform the error is the same.

Now, i've downloaded a sample from microsoft:

And the error remains. What am I doing wrong?
