Hello World Application for Bluetooth.

Hello.
I need make a simple Application to send C# object from my notebook to android phone using bluetooth.
For example: HelloWorld string.
Can anyone help me to write C# Console app code for notebook to send data and C# Xamarim code for recieve it.
