How to clear New Form values once its submitted

Shell application has menu where I can select a new Employee Form. Once the form filled and submitted thru ViewModel. Navigation goes to display page where I do other stuff. However. On top there is back button. If I click on back button Form values of the emplyee still there and if I click again it saves the same employee. When I click on back button how do I clean the form values. Regards
