[Mapsui] Creating callouts that can be moved by user

I can hardly find any support for Mapsui library, maybe with some luck I'll find anyone here able to help.
I'd like to be able to create callouts on a map but user pressing the map. After the callout creation I'd like the user to be able to move it by simply dragging them over the screen. For this to be possible I think I'd need a support for OnTouch event but the Mapsui doesn't seem to support one or I can't find it.
Has anyone been successful with such problem?
