How to Publish iOS app to AppStore, Docs Outdated

So I want to finally publish my app to the AppStore, but it seems the Xamarin Publish docs are really outdated...

From here, I have built my iOS app, signed it and selected the correct distribution profile. It seems Xamarin Studio doesn't have an archive button anymore to build the app and push in onto the application loader.

Anyone please help?
