issue with Android emulator starting

Hi- I have a Del XPS 12 Ultrabook, X64 with Windows 8.1 Enterprise installed. I tried to run the TaskyAndroid project but seems like the Android emulator never starts up. I tried pretty much all the pre-installed emulators but all seem to get stuck at the screen that says "A N D R O I D _". (See attached file for a screenshot). What may be the issue here?
