Activity Indicator in Navigation Item

Hello,

I am guessing there is a way to add in an activity indicator in the navigation item's title bar area. Perhaps next to the right button or to replace the right button while indicating. Having a hard time finding info on it.

I am able to add an Activity Indicator control just below that area but it would be nicer to have it in the title bar itself.
