How can I get a Windows Phone Emulator with Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition?

I am working with Xamarin forms. I have created my first project. I don't see emulators there for Android or iOS. When I try to run the Android or the iOS emulator I get this message:
I am sure that I picked all the mobile tools available when installing Visual Studio 2015 Community edition.
Also, I've look at his resource https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/jj863509(v=vs.105).aspx to enable Hyper-V but my computer doesn't seem to have any of the items they list there that they tell me to enable.
