Business Edition licences queries

Hi,

I am in the process of getting a Business Edition license after trying the Trial Edition. And now I am confused. I have the following queries:

1. I was able to use the Trial Edition for both Android as well as iOS but will I have to pay $1990 total ($995 per OS) for the Business Edition licenses for both the OS?

2. Will the license be bound to a single machine? If not, how are the licenses maintained?

3. What will happen if I accidentally forget (or cant as I am marooned on a remote volcanic island) to renew the licenses? Will the team member, who is actually working, have to go on a vacation (too) as the IDE locks out?
