Error The process cannot access the file 'classes.dex' because it is being used by another process.

Hi,

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2015 Update 3 with Xamarin 4.2.2.11.
I am facing this error every time I try to compile:
Error The process cannot access the file 'classes.dex' because it is being used by another process.
I tried to restart the Adb server but it didn't work.
Any one know how to solve it without restarting Visual Studio every time?
