Cannot debug Android: licensing issue

Hi,

I'm logged in from a Business account on a PC and somehow my debug sessions are not working for Android. Turned out Deploy was disabled in the configuration manager. But when I checked that I got this error (including the garbled text!):

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Xamarin\Android\Xamarin.Android.Common.targets(299,2): error XA9008: Building from the command-line requires aÿBusinessÿLicense.

I logged out of my Xamarin account, restarted Visual Studio but the problem persists.

Any way to fix this?
