Can't make APK file

Hi Xamarin Team, i was installed these> VISUAL STUDIO 2012 ULTIMATE XamarinStudio-4.0.13-38 mono-android-4.10.00003

here this is my Anroid SDK >

1. its very bad ! i was make a new project with Xamarin Studio and Visual Studio 2012 , both goes to hang about 45 minuets :s !!!!

2. last night, i was succeed to made a Application but its not running with Emulator or couldn't make APK file , and goes to hang against in both :s

how can i make APK file ? its not working via BUILD or RUNNING
