How can i do to refresh my App when i click on button?

I click on listview cell, choose that item and press a button. When i press this button, my App consume a service, update the DataBase. When it updates the DataBase, it changes the flag from 1 to 0. I need refresh my App. There is one way to do this? To desappear this record from my listview. The rule to record appear is Fag = 1
