find component that was installed with xamarin-component.exe

I want to use die U grok It api for xamarin. So I followed there guide. https://dev.ugrokit.com/xamarin/xamarin.html
the file (.xam) seems to be installed right (it is at least in the %LocalAppData%\Xamarin\Cache\Components folder). But when I search for the component inside my project, it does not show up.
