Unable to get a simple web service Running Error 500

Hi,

I was taking Xamarin for a ride. Tried to make a simple web service using an Empty Web Project.

The code goes as follows:

And when running the error I'm getting is:

I'm absolutely lost in here, since the web service is so simple!
