How to generate list of entry in xamarin.form to take input from the user

I have to develop a app for student attendance . It should have list of register number and a picker and entry for no of student in same page. Picker is to choose whether student present or absent
If student absent user should enter the reason for absent . The problem is iam not able to take the enty input in my c#
