Xamarin android device manager blank after switching user in Windows 10

Hi
I had installed VS 2017 community edition and Xamarin tools in a windows 10 OS and it was installed in administrator user login. Later I created another user login in the machine and wanted to work in that login. But in that login Xamarin Android Device Manager is not listing any devices. It is shown blank. The new user created was also administrator. I have attached screenshot . Visual studio also not displaying devices. How to fix this?
