Currently I'm inable to build my app in Xamarin Studio because the project is disabled (it says This project type requires Xamarin.Android to be installed).
Every time I check for updates, it always finds Xamarin 4.8.0.756 and either says it is already downloaded and then tries to install it or it appears to download it and then tries to install it.
Everything seems to finish without any problems or errors but the package is never installed and my Xamarin Studio is still broken.
I tried to clear the folder "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\MonoDevelop-4.0\Cache\TempDownload" like someone suggested on another thread, but it makes no difference.
I'm currently stuck - how do I fix this issue please?
