Building Xamarin.Form Windows component from a Mac

My main work computer is an Apple MacBook Pro.

I’ve seen many tutorials, even from Xamarin themselves, of how to build/compile the iOS component from a Windows PC using a Mac on the same network.

Is the opposite of this possible? Use a PC on the network to build the Windows component from a Mac?
