Can I renew Xam U subscription once for a year instead of paid monthly

I subscribed Xam U in March/2017. I noticed that the renewal of the subscription has been changed to Azure market place. And it looks there is only paid monthly billing method.

My question is that whether I am able to buy the subscription from March/2018 to March/2019 for one time. I will need an invoice for the whole year so that I don't need to get the payment record for each month?
