What is the purpose of 16299 Uwp version? is it only for Desktop PCs or also can be used on Tablets and Phones?
I read somewhere that there is Uwp phone with 16299 update. I am using .net standard 2.0 and it forces me to use min and target as 16299,
so is there no way that i can target earlier versions of Uwp for Mobile.
