I'm missing an option to create Resource Dictionary on my Add window.
On my visual studio installer I have "Mobile development with .NET" installed.
Just in case this are the other things installed
- .NET desktop development
- Desktop development with C++
- ASP.NET and web development
- Visual Studio Extension
