As the title says, I want to deploy my app to my device. I am using visual studio 2013.
1) I have setup my certificate in keychain
2) Created a provisioning profile with that device's UDID and installed on the device.
The only other suggestion that I have received is to go to xamarin studio on the mac -> Preferences->Environment->Developer Accounts-> Add my apple ID. I CANNOT do this because we have a team of developers, who will only have the development certificate and provisioning profile, but not access to the apple developer account credentials (There is no reason why that should be required anyway!)
In ~/Library/Logs/Xamarin/MonotouchVS/ I have a logfile, at the end it has:

Can someone please tell me whether or not this is possible without giving the apple developer account credentials to all the developers? I can't be the only one with this problem?

EDIT: I am using xamarin studio 4.2.2 (build 2)
EDIT: I have also tried copying my provisioning profile (with a .mobileprovision extension) into /Users/myUser/Library/MobileDevices/Provisioning Profiles/ as per https://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/12239/xamarin-studio-no-provisioning-profiles-have-been-detected-on-mac/p1 but that didn't change the outcome.
EDIT: also tried again with /Users/myUser/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles/ but no change.
