Xamarin from UWP App publishing error

Hi,
I am getting error in xamarin form UWP Project, When i am trying to generate the app package with "Compile .Net Native Tool Chain" option in debug and release mode both.
The problem is if i am not using "Compile .Net Native Tool Chain" option then package will create but it failed in windows store certification process.
Please check attached image for your reference.

Please help me to resolve this error.
